Located inside Bollington's Victorian-era Grade II listed Adelphi Mill, Flair Events People Ltd. have been helping with event staffing nationwide since the year 2000.
From gigs to sporting games, they help get people to work events. And you'll be helping process the payroll for the company.
The pay for this full-time role at the Grimshaw Lane business is £25,000 - £28,000.
"We now have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Accounts Officer to join our busy team," said Flair Events People.
"You will take full ownership of our temporary staff finance functions with autonomy to take existing processes and improve as you see fit for the business. Alongside assisting our client team with accurate invoicing to payroll processing.

Payroll Duties:
· Lead weekly payroll for temporary staff, 1-50+ contracts in any given week.
· Oversee collection and review for accuracy of all staffing hours, benefits, and expenses.
· Manage starters, leavers, RTI and adhere to all PAYE legislation via our payroll software.
· Ensure all Payroll HR complies, HMRC orders fulfilled, DEA, Earning orders.
· Pension autoenrollment
· Utilising bespoke database, payroll software to process pay, record keeping and reporting to manual bank payments.
· Management of payroll assistants.
Invoicing, credit control:
· Weekly invoicing and monitoring payments in sage 50
· Management of client credit checks, T&C's recording.
· Responsibility for monitoring late payments, investigating issues to resolutions,
· Monitoring receipt, expenses, for billing and payments, holding company credit cards and maintain diligent records.
· Liaison with staffing managers to ensure correct reporting to clients.
Skills and Experience sought.
· Full payroll processing experience. Temporary staffing desirable.
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role.
· Previous client relationship experience, account control.
· Strong Analytical, numerical, and written skills.
· Self-driven, diligent organisation and ability to work tight deadlines under pressure.
· Proficient in the use of technology and adaptable to new systems.
