Macclesfield Job of the Week: Receptionist Administrator Role at Elm House

And this week's cracking Macclesfield job, is a Receptionist role for Cheshire and Wirral Partnership.

This week, we climb up Lea Bank Road, a small hill off've Chester Road, and enter Elm House.

They deliver Child and Adolescent Mental Health services to our town and beyond.

And as part of their essential service, they need a new Receptionist to hire, who will also be keen in getting stuck in with admin work.

It pays £18,546 to £19,918 a year per annum pro rata.

If you're seeking to start a career as a Receptionist, or getting back into the field, this could be the role for you.

You'll be expected to provide an effective Reception Service including undertaking the welcoming of visitors, and to be responsible for handling telephone plus face-to-face enquiries, concerns, or comments whilst mindful of confidentiality issues.

The successful candidate will give clerical and administrative support including assisting with photocopying, filing, typing, making up relevant files and processing booking forms as appropriate.

They'll receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail where applicable, as well as maintain and update electronic diaries where appropriate.

They'll be data inputting, archiving and group meeting skills to deploy, as well as being a team player contributing towards development of ideas and initiatives.

Keeping the Reception tidy, providing cover and training new starters will also be required within the role.

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership said:

"We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join as a receptionist with the ADHD and Autism Administration Team at Elm House Macclesfield.

"You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

"We are a supportive, competent and caring team and aim to provide high quality administrative support services.

"This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.

"We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.

"We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team."

The post is a fixed term for just 12 months due to funding.
