A Macclesfield pub has been listed on the property market.

The site of Happy Valley Tap and Pizza is up for sale.

It is on the market for £495,000 freehold.

The venue, of 73 Oxford Road, comes with a three-bedroom accommodation and a beer garden.

The pub can seat 110 people, and has a detached microbrewery which is also for sale by separate negotiation.

Happy Valley Brewery were previously located in Bollington, before moving their brewing to where The Oxford pub used to be, and renaming the site as Happy Valley Tap and Pizza.

The pub is still open during this period of potential sale.

Sean Bradbury on behalf of Junction Leisure Ltd, responded to comment.

"Whilst the ownership of the building may or may not change at some point in the future, there are no immediate plans to change the successful pub and pizza operating style of the venue."
