A Macclesfield restaurant has transitioned to a takeaway only offering.

However, it appears to be a temporary decision, with an exciting reason at the end of it.

A sign outside Lazeez on Sunderland Street, indicates that works are being done inside the dining area, and will have a grand restaurant reopening when ready.

A date for this has not been disclosed. The Macclesfield Indian eatery will be available to order from for takeaway as normal, seven days a week.
