Macclesfield: Santa is coming to the Moss one month early

Your dog can meet Santa this weekend.
That's because the annual Santa Paws event held by Pet Food Supplies is back once again.
This Sunday will see the shop of 70 Moss Lane become a winter wonderland.
Canines can meet Santa Paws, and pose for a photo with St. Nick.
As well as having a lovely photograph you can cherish forever, participating pooches also get a prezzie.
Pet Food Supplies owner Gayle Parks explained what Santa Paws is all about.
"How it works is you pay £8 to have your dog see Santa", said Gayle.
"You have your picture taken, and you come and get your picture at the start of December. [Ready to put with your Christmas decorations.]
"Your dog gets a gift. And it doesn't have to be a dog, we have got a cat booked in and a snake as well.
"The event is for charity as well, raising funds for Macclesfield animal rescue charity The Windyway Trust and Macclesfield's East Cheshire Hospice."
Over the past year, the shop has added a wider range of raw dog food, which you can peruse and purchase on the day, as well as other doggy needs.
And Sunday's event will also see Pet Food Supplies turn into a mini-market. From festive wreathmakers, pet portraits to homemade dog cakes, the full list of stalls can be found by clicking HERE.
There will be a tombola and free face painting for kids to take part in as well.
"Santa Paws is our favourite time of year", added Gayle.
"It is really nice to support the local charities and get into the festive spirit, as well as welcoming in other businesses.
"It is a great day of family fun."

Pet Food Supplies will ask you to pay in advance for the slot, and send you a ticket via text.
