Macclesfield service centre hits the market three months after closure

A car garage has hit the market followings its closure.
The former ATS Euromaster on Hurdsfield Road has been listed for sale.
The service centre was shut down as part of the Michelin-owned company's wider review of its operating model, which resulted in a total of 86 branches being closed at the end of February.
A spokesperson said at the time: "In a UK automotive aftermarket context of overcapacity, increasing costs and sluggish activity and growth.
"ATS Euromaster intends to review its current operating model and has put in place a proposal to close non-profitable service centres."

The Macclesfield garage is open to offers in excess of £450,000.
The listing reads: "The property comprises of a detached steel framed industrial building that has been configured as a four bay fitting workshop with ancillary storage, reception, office, staff and customer WCs with tyre storage above the offices.
"The property benefits from a total of five roller shutters, four to the front and one to the side.
"Externally the unit has 25 marked car parking spaces.
"The property has two vehicular access points, from Hurdsfield Road and from Fence Avenue Industrial Estate."
