A car garage has hit the market followings its closure.

The former ATS Euromaster on Hurdsfield Road has been listed for sale.

The service centre was shut down as part of the Michelin-owned company's wider review of its operating model, which resulted in a total of 86 branches being closed at the end of February.

A spokesperson said at the time: "In a UK automotive aftermarket context of overcapacity, increasing costs and sluggish activity and growth.

"ATS Euromaster intends to review its current operating model and has put in place a proposal to close non-profitable service centres."
