It looks like there will be new people running a beloved newsagents in town.

The News Plus convenience store, of 78 Chestergate, is up for sale.

That is according to Daltons Business and Harvey Silver Hodgkinson.

There's two ways you can own the property. The freehold price for the business - which comes with a three-bedroom property - is £450,000. The leasehold amount is £90,000.

The off-licence sells chocolate, cards, cigarettes and more. And it could be yours to run.
