A school in Macclesfield has announced a hiring drive for Food Service Assistants and Teaching Assistants.

The Fallibroome Academy, an Upton Priory 11-18 school on Priory Lane, are hiring in the two roles.

to join their team of TAs who provide direct support for pupils with physical and emotional needs, both in the classroom and in the wider context of the school.  

You should have experience of working with pupils with a range of learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities. 

Applicants must possess excellent, clear and influential communications skills and have high levels of competency in Mathematics, English and ICT.  

Pay for the TA roles are £11.59-£12.47 per hour, and you have the choice of working full or part-time.

The school dinners role is part-time across 15 hours per week and pays £10.60 ph.

"We wish to invite applications from enthusiastic individuals to join our catering team to assist in providing an efficient and effective catering service in accordance with Healthy Eating and DFE guidance," they said in a statement.

"The role entails assisting in the preparation, cooking and presentation and serving of meals and snacks to staff and students.

The full-time role has an actual salary of £18,153 - £18,900.
