New SEND disco comes to Macclesfield this month

A new monthly boogie for people with special educational needs will begin in Macclesfield this month.

Waters Green pub Old Millstone will be hosting a monthly disco for those with learning difficulties.

The first of the new recurring event will take place on Sunday March 12 at 6:30pm.

"The new Embrace disco is a safe happy environment for people with learning difficulties can come to have fun and dance," said publican Eli Fernihough.

"We will host it on one Sunday evening every month. It enables people from all over the area to come together and to have fun."

The announcement of the new dance follows the pub revealing a suite of events for charity.
