There's one less empty stall in Macclesfield Indoor Market.

Macclesfield resident Gaz Henshaw, known for running a tombola on behalf of East Cheshire Hospice outdoors on Market Place, has now brought his raffle indoors to Macclesfield Indoor Market.

As the days get chillier, it allows Gaz to keep the fundraising opportunity going for the Hospice, as well as allowing players to view what prizes they could win.

The raffle costs just a quid to enter, and you can pay by card.

"I get the prizes donated from companies," said Gaz.

"We've had some wonderful donations.

"Anything is welcome.

"Everyone wins in this raffle, it is a pound a go, and you win a prize."

This permanent stall also means members of the public can come to Gaz's stall to donate a prize.

For everyone that donates a prize, Gaz gifts them a nice pen as a token of gratitude for helping keep the raffle going.

"If they donate £2, they win three prizes," added Gaz.

"It is great for local people and it is great for Christmas as well.

Gaz's new stall is opposite Hong Kong food stall 2C9.

Macclesfield Indoor Market is located inside the Grosvenor Centre.
