The site of Macclesfield's former Barclays Bank has gone on the market, after it shut down last month.

10 Market Place comprises 2,125 sqft at the ground floor, and 4,834 soft across all three floors.

A Manchester property agent is listing the site for £38,000 per annum to let.

It is the only empty unit on Market Place, which barring Pizza Express is full of independent businesses.

The cash point has also been removed too.
