Paddy McGuinness' Prestbury mansion has hit the market.

Priced at £6.5 million, the crib comes with seven bedrooms, a gym, his and hers dressing rooms and even soft play area.

The sale comes following the TV star's divorce from his wife, Christine McGuinness.

According to the Daily Mail, Christine is 'furious' with Paddy for inflating the price of the marital home, which they purchase for £2.1 million in 2020.

One source closed to the couple told the MailOnline: "It is so overpriced, Paddy doesn't want to sell which seems like another tactic by him.

"It's insane that Paddy would put the house on the market for that much, they only bought it five years ago and house prices have hardly gone up at all since then.

"The house is on for two thirds more than what they paid for it, it will never sell. It all feels a bit like Paddy wanting to control the situation and keep Christine living in the house with him for longer.

"Christine made it clear that she can't live with him anymore but now it looks like she will have to for a long time yet."

The mansion, located on Summerhill Road in Prestbury, appeared on the property website Rightmove earlier this week.

It is described as being 'tailor made' for hosting, with 'state-of-the-art amenities'.

The listing adds: "This traditional-meets-modern voluminous home is all about the family - but in an opulent way."

It boasts seven bedrooms, six of which have en suites and the master coming with his and hers dressing rooms.

There is also a 'commercial' gym, a double garage, advanced home technology, monitored CCTV, and a security gated driveway.

If that wasn't enough, there is also planning permission for a rear extension and roof terrace.
