Police name duo charged with Macclesfield burglary

Police have named two men charged with a burglary in Macclesfield.

The charges relate to a burglary at an address on Lark Hall Crescent on Friday, November 7, in which bags and jewellery were taken.

Stewart Edge, 39 and from Hyde Road in Manchester, appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on Monday, November 10, charged with burglary with intent to steal.

He was remanded in custody and will next appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday, December 8.

A second man, Craig Marsden, 54 and of Martin Street in Salford, was charged with burglary.

He is due to appear at Chester Magistrates on Wednesday, November 12.
