A once-popular tapas restaurant is set to reopen in a new location.

Lilac, previously of Prestbury, has announced it will soon be returning to the area.

It will take over the unit most recently home to Aroma on Palmerston Street in Bollington.

An Instagram post shared by the tapas and wine bar reads: "Yes that's right Cheshire! We are back!

"Thank you so much for the amazing support already! I can tell people are happy we are back!

"Sadly we are not in the same venue, you can find us at 88 Palmerston Street, Bollington, SK10 5PW, Cheshire."

Lilac is due to host an opening party on Friday, September 25.
