An empty retail unit in Macclesfield is set to be sold this month.

At the end of April, 103 Mill Street will go under the hammer.

The town centre site, formerly occupied by Nemoz Takeaway, is being sold by the auction house Pugh's.

With a guide price of £95,000, a sale is set to be made on April 26.
