Macclesfield dancers got to strut their stuff in the new series of a children's TV show.
King's School was taken over by CBBC film crews last year for the second series of So Awkward Academy.
The first episode, Dirty Country Dancing, sees Macclesfield's Sylk Dance Academy play a starring role, with coaches and dancers given a chance to showcase their moves.
Amy Mayers, principal of Sylk Dance, said: "It was such a lovely experience, it almost felt like a dream.
"It was very different to anything I've done before."
She added: "Our dancers were so excited about being part of the show because they'd watched the first series.
"Some of them even cancelled plans and moved around holidays just so they could take part, but it was so worthwhile.
"It was an amazing experience, and we all learnt so much."

Last summer, King's was transformed into 'Cranmede Academy' with several truckloads of equipment and over 60 cast and crew members setting up camp at the Alderley Road school.
Amy had no idea there was filming taking place until she received an email from the producers, asking her to put together some choreography for the show.
However, they were looking for folk dance routines and Amy is more accustomed to contemporary and street style.
"I was a bit apprehensive at first as I wasn't sure I was the right person for the job," she said.
"But if an opportunity comes your way you should take it, just say yes and figure it out later!"

After chatting with the producers Amy went off and did her research before putting together several routines, which she would later teach to the cast of the show.
She was also able to bring along some of her dancers - Niamh Paterson, Isabella Whiting, Darcey Heap, Jessica Rucroft, Oscar Whittaker, Lucy Barr, Eliza Ogg, and Amelia Ryan.
Meanwhile, Amy and her fellow teachers got to be body doubles for the actors.
Sylk Dance Academy are no stranger to the big stage, having previously appeared on Blue Peter and performed at the Silverstone Grand Prix.
However, with three days of filming this was the most extensive project they have been part of yet.
"There was way more to making a show than I ever could have imagined," Amy said.
"Everyone on the set was so kind and friendly."

Amy continued: "I'm proud of myself for putting myself out there and working things out as I went along and I'm extremely proud of my dancers for doing something that I know was a scary but exciting experience for them.
"They put so much hard work into the practices and making sure they killed it on the day of filming.
"This has made me realise I have the potential to do this kind of thing and hopefully more opportunities like this will come our way."
