A building society with a branch in Macclesfield is celebrating after winning a top industry award.

Leek Building Society picked up the prize for best small and medium enterprises at the recent Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) People Management Awards.

This year's event welcomed over 800 people to celebrate innovation, creativity and the very best in people management.
