Room for Comics is hosting its first ever adults-only TALK, DRiNK & DRAW! event.

Join PHOENIX and in-house cartoonist Marc Jackson for an evening of creative cheer, filled with drawing, plenty of chat, drinks, and festive nibbles.

The Silk Museum Father Christmas Experience

The Silk Museum's Machine Gallery has been transformed into a festive space where you can discover Victorian toys to play with, get creative and decorate an ornament to take home, and enjoy a Christmas story.

Best of all, you can meet Father and Mother Christmas!

The experience runs on December 5, 6 and 13 at various times throughout the day.

Proudly Made: Queer Winter Market

Macclesfield Queer Collective are gearing up to host their second Proudly Made market.

Townley Hall will be filled with local LGBTQ+ makers, artists, and small businesses, making it the perfect place to pick up some unique gifts.

Festive Edible Gifts Workshop

Take part in this workshop and learn how to make some Christmassy snacks ahead of the big day.

You will find out how to make white chocolate salami, festive spiced pears in red wine, Dubai-inspired pistachio truffles and salted sable biscuits.

Charity Santa Pub Crawl

After the success of last year's Charity Santa Pub Crawl which saw 30 Santas marching across the pubs of Macclesfield with a pint in their hand, Choose Macc and RedWillow are once again organizing a pub crawl like no other on December 6.

Starting at RedWillow, the crawl will then move onto The Fountain, The Snow Goose, The Castle, Proper Sound then back to RedWillow.

This year the pub crawl will be in aid of one of the Mayors chosen charities Cardiac Research in the Young.
