Macclesfield Market Hall Official Opening

Macclesfield Market Hall is celebrating the completion of its regeneration.
Head over in the afternoon for fun activities, tasty treats and drawing challenges with Marc Jackson from Room for Comics.
Volunteering Fair

Macclesfield Town Hall will play host to Macclesfield Volunteering Fair from 10am to 2.30pm on Thursday.
It offers the chance to find out more about all kinds of volunteering opportunities available.
The event has been organised by Job Centre Plus, Cheshire East Council and National Careers Service.

Life Drawing

Susannah Pal is leading a new drawing class at the Wellbeing Space at Wood Street Mill on Pickford Street.
She will guide you through practical approaches to drawing with demonstrations, clear explanations, and individual feedback.

AfghanPure heritage rugs exhibition

AfghanPure stages its first heritage rugs exhibition this weekend.
There will be a range of handmade rugs, kilims, and antique masterpieces on display, each woven with generations of Afghan artistry.

Treacle Market

The Treacle Market is back!
Expect more than 140 stalls selling everything from sweet treats and homeware to locally brewed booze and cigar box guitars.
The Treacle Market runs from 10am to 3.30pm, with stalls found on Exchange street, Mill Street, Castle street, Market Place, The Butter Market, St Michael's Churchyard, upper Market Place and Chestergate.
