With it being the last weekend of the month, Treacle Market will be making a welcome return.

Dementia Action Week

May 19 to 25 is Dementia Action Week.

On Thursday, Belong Macclesfield on Kennedy Avenue will be hosting an open day event.

Visitors will be able to join in with dementia-friendly activities and find out more about the services available.

Big Bowls Weekend

South Park Bowling Club are taking part in the Big Bowls Weekend this Saturday.

Taking place at South Park from 1pm to 3pm, guests are invited to join in a variety of bowls-inspired games.

A spokesperson for the event said: "It's a great way to meet people and make new friends.

"The event is open to individuals, friends, couples and families. Our youngest member is 12, but there is no minimum or maximum age!"

Treacle Market

Sunday FUNNIES!

Join cartoonist Marc Jackson at Room for Comics for Sunday FUNNIES!

This monthly cartoon-art drawing club gives children aged six and above the 'chance to embrace the fantastic world of comics and cartoon-art'.

The session runs from 11am to 12.30pm.

Space4Autism Family Fun Day

Space4Autism are taking over Lifestyle Fitness at Macclesfield College this Sunday.

Expect a range of fun stalls and activities, including a bouncy castle, climbing wall and live entertainment.

Tickets for this event, which runs from 11am to 3pm, must be purchased in advance.

Brockfest 2025

The Brocklehurst Arms and Bollington United present, Brockfest 2025.

Starting at midday and going on until 'late', there will be live music, inflatable games, a market and more.

Money raised on the day will help the football club purchase a new tractor.

This will save them and local schools thousands of pounds a year in grass cutting costs.
