Take part in this Guided Grief Walk, offering a chance to honour our feelings, connect with others, and find solace in the beauty of the outdoors.
This accessible 2.5-mile route goes from Jackson's Brickworks to Nelson Pit and back, with moments to pause, reflect, and share.

CeilidhMac's Big New Year's Eve Ceilidhs
CeilidhMac are hosting not one, not two but three New Year's Eve ceilidhs.
You can bring the kids along to one of the two afternoon parties or head over to St Michael's from 8pm to midnight and dance the night away.
There will be a live folk bank, a caller to call the dance, a bar by Tommy's and hot food from Treacle Town Pies.
NYE @ The Weaver
The Weaver on Thornton Square will host 'Hustle' on New Year's Eve.
Entry is priced at £5.

The Virginmarys
The Virginmarys are returning to Cinemac for another New year's Eve show.
They will be supported by The Empty Page.
"After an absolutely awesome New Years Eve show last year we thought we've surely got to do it again right?" reads the event's website.
"We hope you all can come party with us for our final show of 2025!"
Masquerade Ball
The Tytherington Club is hosting a night of 'mystery, music and magic'.
Tickets, priced at £75, include an arrival drink, three-course dinner, live entertainment, a midnight toast and charcuterie boards.
