Library

A library assistant position has opened up at Macclesfield Library.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for users of the library, dealing with the public in person and on the telephone, answering enquiries, assisting with self-service terminals and public computers, shelving, signposting to other agencies and dealing with council-related enquiries.

"We need you to have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver effective reader development opportunities to adults and children, respond to the needs of our customers and community and be good at detail orientated tasks," reads the job listing.

Caffè Nero in Macclesfield are recruiting a shift leader.

"You will support in the running of the store – leading the team, giving great customer service and delivering the very best standards of coffee and food," the job listing states.
