Christmas is a special time of year, and it's important to know you're not on your own.
Whether you have a packed day planned with family or a quieter one ahead, there are plenty of places in town where you can spend some time and enjoy being part of the community.
We've put together a roundup of pubs in and around Macclesfield that are opening their doors on December 25.

Opening bright and early at 11am is the Park Tavern, closing at 2pm.
The Society Rooms, the Old Millstone, and the Puss in Boots are also opening at 11am but will stay open until 3pm.
The Old Millstone will then reopen from 6pm to close, providing a Christmas buffet 'for anyone who needs it'.
Meanwhile, the Puss in Boots on Buxton Road will be dishing out mince pies, mulled wine, cheese and biscuits.
Elsewhere, the Weaver on Thornton Square will be opening for two hours from 11.30am.

At midday, the Shamrock Bar, Silk Trader, Queen's Hotel and Castle all open their doors - each of them closing at either 2pm or 3pm.
Last orders at the Castle will be at 2.30pm , with complementary pigs in blankets and mince pies.
Those looking for a post-dinner drink can head to either the White Lion, open from 4pm to 10pm, or the Ivy Leaf, open from midday to 9pm.
A special mention must also go to Reach Out And Recover (ROAR) who are hosting a three-course Christmas Dinner at United Reformed Church on Park Green at 2pm on Christmas Day.
"Don't be on your own. Please join us for a wonderful Christmas dinner with festive cheer!" reads the charity's poster.
"Come on your own, with a neighbour, a friend or a family member. Families are very welcome. Father Christmas will be with us!"
