UK's largest outdoor cinema coming to 18th century hall near Macclesfield this summer

The UK's largest outdoor cinema is coming to Macclesfield.
Adventure Cinema has revealed the details of its 2025 summer tour, including six shows at Capesthorne Hall this June.
Moana 2, Bridget Jones' Diary and a Grease sing-a-long are just some of the flicks being shown.
A spokesperson for Adventure Cinema said: "Be a part of history with a magical cinema experience in these luxurious grounds, where the hall takes centre stage!"
They added: "With national parks, castles, stately homes and countless heritage sites, the 2025 Adventure Cinema tour is set to be the most memorable yet.
"Whether packing a picnic to share with pals or to enjoy a big family outing, Adventure Cinema's destinations also offer a variety of on-site food and drink options, so guests can relax and sit back with delicious snacks to enjoy during the show."

Adventure Cinema was launched in 2019 by brothers Ben Lovell and Mark Thompson and has gone on to become the biggest outdoor cinema company in the UK.
This year they will stage over 300 screenings across more than 60 locations, including Kew Gardens, Cardiff Castle, Eden Project, and Westonbirt Aboretum.
Capesthorne Hall is one of four venues in Cheshire taking part, along with Arley Hall, Bolesworth Castle, and Lyme.
Dating back to 1719, Capesthorne Hall is set in 100 acres of picturesque parkland and overlooks three lakes and stunning gardens.
Screenings will take place within the grounds of the house, with free parking available just a short walk away.
Hot food and snacks will be available on the day, as well as an on-site bar.
Guests are invited to bring their own picnics and drinks as well, but no glasses.
Dogs are also not allowed, except assistance or guide dogs.
Tickets went on sale on Thursday, February 27, and are expected to sell quickly.
