A retail premises empty for a few months in Macclesfield has come on the property market.

What was once Zinc Popworld's temporary promotional site on Mill Street, has come on the rental market.

The site of the empty shop costs £38,000 per annum to run.

It comprises 469 square feet. Before Zinc's short stint letting the property, it used to house The Carphone Warehouse.

The three floors have a rateable value of £19,250.
