Friday and Saturday – Music at G&T
There's live music at G&T this weekend (G&T)

What better way to kickoff the last weekend before Christmas than with some live music at G&T.

The in-house DJ will be getting the party started on Friday at 8.30pm.

Then on Saturday it is the turn of Lee James, who goes on stage at 10pm.

Saturday – Festive badge making

Get creative at Room for Comics (Room for Comics)

Cartoonist Marc Jackson will be welcoming visitors to Room for Comic on Saturday.

From 1pm to 3pm, you will be able to make a badge to help spread some Christmas cheer.

Badges are priced at just £2, with a range of other gifts and comics on sale as well.

Saturday - Coffee Morning

Tytherington Family Worship Church is welcoming the community for a coffee morning on Saturday.

It will help to raise money for two homeless charities, Shelter and Barnabus.

Tea, coffee and cake will be on offer as well as stalls selling everything from jigsaws and books to crafts and greeting cards.

The coffee morning starts at 10am and runs until midday.

Sunday - Treacle Market

It's time for the final Treacle Market of the year!

The perfect opportunity for some last-minute shopping, this week's market will feature more than 140 stalls, not to mention all the high street shops that will be open for business.

There will also be a wide range of food and drink vendors, serving something for everything, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

And, as a special festive treat, Morris dancers will be entertaining the crowds on Upper Market Place and Castle Street.
