Now without further ado, here's our picks of the best things to do in Macclesfield this weekend.

Charity Do

The Tytherington Club will host the 2022 Macclesfield FC Community Sports Trust Charity Ball on Saturday July 16.

Last year over 110 guests attended and over £6000 raised, and there's just a few more spaces left for this year's

The evening commences with a drinks reception in the Dorchester Suite, before a fabulous three course meal with games, raffles, entertainment and a charity auction on offer.  

All funds raised will go back into the community work Macclesfield Community Sports Trust does across our county. To get your ticket please email [email protected] for more information.

Cassia Gig

'Macclesfield's finest' band Cassia will play their first homecoming show of the decade this weekend.

They'll play Mash Guru on Sunday evening.

The gig of the three world-famous Macclesfield lads is to launch their second album Why You Lacking Energy?

Macclesfield Family Festival

The fourth Macclesfield Family Festival will take place this weekend. (Image - Macclesfield Festival)

From tribute bands, local DJs and a dedicated kids stage. There's plenty to do at Macclesfield Family Festival this weekend.

The event, founded in 2017, will take place at Macclesfield Rugby Club on Saturday July 16.

Classic Car Show

Macclesfield: Relive or learn about the cars of the past at Capesthorne Hall this weekend. (Image - Noel Bauza from Pixabay)

On Sunday, the Cheshire Classic Car & Motorcycle Show will take place at Capesthorne Hall.

As well as old cars, there will be classic motorcycles, modern car dealership stands, quality food, drink, exhibitors and more.

Tickets are £10 on the day, £40 for kids. Under sevens go free. Find out more here.
