Easter Event

A Macclesfield parish is hosting an Easter event.

We still may be two weeks away from Easter, but with spring having officially sprung, why not get into the seasonal spirit this weekend?

A Easter festival will take place in the Macclesfield parish of Sutton.

An annual Easter Fayre returns with family fun and affordable refreshments.

Sutton St James Pre School is located on Bell Avenue, Sutton, Macclesfield, SK11 0EE. More info HERE.

Charity Concert

St Mike's is located on Market Place.

A gig will raise money in our town for a charity based in our town, that also serves the wider borough.

Come and see KEMS Macclesfield Concert Band in aid of the East Cheshire Eye Society at St Michael's Church in Macclesfield.

The Saturday evening event starts at 7:30pm at the Market Place religious building. Songs from family films are amongst the setlist.

Tickets are available through the website or from the locations shown in the poster above. More info HERE.

Live Rock

If soundtracks and classical music is not your style, why not try out this live music event?

On Friday, three Macclesfield acts will be performing to huge crowds in what is a new regular live music event at Cinemac.

The Roe Street venue has been dipping their toes into live music over the past two years, and is now providing a huge platform for local musicians.

Find more about the bands and artists performing, along with how to get tickets, HERE.

Hobby Exhibition

Model railways are a hobby for all ages, and are still thriving after invigoration into the hobby in recent years due to lockdown.

On Saturday, Tytherington School on Manchester Road will welcome a model railway exhibition, with parking on-site.

Kids go free, adults £9. The event will also take place on Sunday.
