Away fans have been warned not to try and sneak in the home end.
Macclesfield FC say they are aware that a number of visiting Chester FC supporters have purchased tickets within the home areas of the Leasing.com Stadium.
This comes ahead of Wednesday's (April 29) Enterprise National League North Play-Off Eliminator.
A statement released by the Silkmen reads: "We would like to reiterate in the strongest possible terms that anyone found with an incorrect ticket will be ejected from the stadium immediately.
"Anyone without a ticket is urged not to travel.
"In addition, any visiting supporter who has already purchased tickets within home ends has had these cancelled without refund.
"We have identified all of these and have taken this swift and decisive action to safeguard everyone."
General sale starts on Monday, April 27.
Tickets will initially be available to any Silkmen supporters who have attended one or more home games prior to the Emirates FA Cup Fourth Round game against Brentford
Upon receiving an invite-only email from TicketCo, fans will be asked to create a profile.
Once this has been completed, you will receive access to purchase tickets for Wednesday evening's game.
The club added: "By administering sales this way, we are able to ensure that only Silkmen fans have access to home areas.
"We greatly appreciate everyone's assistance with this and are looking forward to what promises to be an exciting evening."
