A Macclesfield business celebrating a milestone anniversary is relocating.

Whilst celebrating their 15th birthday in business, Mortgage Advice Bureau Macclesfield are opening a new office, where they'll be embracing a new working culture and supporting a local charity close to their hearts.

Mortgage Advice Bureau Macclesfield are excited to announce the opening of their new office located at First Floor, Sycamore House, Tytherington Business Park, Springwood Way, Macclesfield, SK10 2ND.

With light refreshments and drinks, the opening will be hosted on September 29 between 6pm and 8pm. This is a great opportunity for the local Macclesfield community to come together and network with other businesses in the area.

Mortgage Advice Bureau Macclesfield will celebrate their 15th birthday and new workspace which offers a new and improved working environment for their colleagues.

Joint business owners, Ian Pollock and Tom Barrass, who run Mortgage Advice Bureau Macclesfield commented:

"We have so many proud moments during these last 15 years. One of our proudest is being able to help local people buy their dream home. Our relationship with our customers is something which we value very much, seeing them through their lifetime financial journey.

"We feel honoured to have a great team of people working for us, many of them sharing our vision for the company. An engaged workforce is extremely important to us, which is the reason why we have made the decision to move offices.

Macclesfield's East Cheshire Hospice provides holistic care to their patients and their families – medically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Their services extend far beyond end-of-life care, including the management of progressive illnesses and a range of help and support available to carers and families.
"The Tytherington Business Park provides spacious and modern workspaces, and this exciting move will create a dynamic environment for our team to excel and enjoy coming into work.

"We also want to give back to the local community by supporting local charities, and we've raised a fair few thousand over the years via different fundraising events. One of our chosen charities is East Cheshire Hospice [of Macclesfield's Millbank Drive]. and we're delighted to continue our strong relationship with this fantastic cause. We're sure there will be many more fundraising events from us in the future".

They will be moving from the Adelphi Mill in Bollington to the Tytherington Business Park. The semi-rural site had suffered slightly during the pandemic, with work from home and the closure of a branch of fast food chain Subway.

But Mortgage Advice Bureau's arrival is set to boost the hub of companies just two miles north of The Silk Road.

They hire 30 people in Macclesfield, and 2,000 nationwide.

Mortgage Advice Bureau Macclesfield employ a team of 30. These staff members cover mortgage advice, wills & trusts, and financial planning.

Mortgage Advice Bureau is the UK's leading mortgage intermediary brand winning over 150 awards.
