Grief is rarely linear, tidy, or easy to explain - especially for queer hearts. It can feel ancient, shapeshifting, invisible to others. You might be grieving a loved one, a relationship, a pet, your health, your home, a version of yourself, or the harm in our aching world. All grief is welcome here.

The Queer Grief Nook is an online gathering place - a quiet corner of the internet where LGBTQIA+ folks can come as they are, to speak, to listen, or to simply be held. You don't need to have the right words. You don't need to have it all figured out. Just bring your whole, tender self.

This is a space where no one will try to fix you. We offer presence, not platitudes. We honour your lived experience, your softness, your strength. 

Cameras are optional. Silence is sacred too.
