Corporate social responsibility may be a phrase that makes you wince. But it is very important to small companies, especially ones that already do good things as part of their regular business operations.

Last month, Buxton-based competitions firm Easy Winning Limited signed up to a tree planting scheme with the initiative justonetree.life.

For every £1000 the contests company award to the generic public, they would plant a tree.

Since then, the firm has awarded £562,000 worth of prizes, and as a result have planted 562 trees.

Justonetree.life plant trees in places such as Madagascar, Indonesia, Brazil, Nepal, Haiti, Mozambique, Kenya, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Zambia, Bolivia, Ecuador and Chile. So the impact of the competitions company can be found all-over.

You can enter their cash draw contests on their website, with some tickets costing just pennies to purchase.

But it is not just money you can win with the four-year-old firm.

Easy Winning Limited currently offer competitions you can enter for consoles, kitchenware, and computers.

They also reguarly hold contests awarding swanky used cars. (Image - Easy Winning Limited)

Winners are revealed on the Easy Winning Facebook page every day.
