A Macclesfield employer has supplied every staff member with a complimentary meal, as thanks for their service.
Belong Macclesfield, is a care village established in Macclesfield in 2007, and their Macclesfield premises also is the headquarters for the Belong at Home Care Service.
But last week, the dementia care specialists decided to surprise staff with a free hot meal, as an extra way to say thank you for the hard work they do.
About 150 people work at their Kennedy Avenue site, so that is a lot of mouths to feed!
There was no national day of celebration as the reason for giving out free breakfast sandwiches, no anniversary for Belong, it was simply a random (but delicious) act of kindness.
"This week, we showed our appreciation to staff by providing sausage baps and hot drinks before the start or finish of their shift," said Belong Macclesfield.
"Thank you for all your hard work and commitment, it's greatly appreciated."
As well as pork sausage baps, options for non-meat eats were also provided.
The free staff butties were also a way for Belong new bistro manager to introduce themselves to their colleagues.
Belong are currently hiring in three roles in Macclesfield, being a team senior carer position, plus day and night care assistants. Please click HERE to apply and potentially join the team.
