A Tytherington-based school has unveiled a series of 'significant improvements'
Beech Hall School has invested £1 million in upgrading its facilities and learning environments.
This includes the relocation of the maths department along with a new art biology lab and a new music room.
It comes after the school was acquired by Outcomes First Group as part of the education provider's expansion into non-selective independent schools, announced earlier this year.
Headmaster James Allen said: "At Beech Hall, we are committed to providing an environment where every pupil can thrive academically, creatively and personally.
"These upgrades, supported by OFG, are more than just new spaces – they showcase a shared dedication to investing in our children and their future.
"Together, we are fostering curiosity, collaboration and confidence, ensuring that Beech Hall School remains a place where all children can achieve their full potential. In every aspect of their school life – academic, co-curricular, sporting, music, pastoral – the goal is for our pupils to be the very best version of themselves."
Among the most notable developments are the recently expanded and enhanced Ivy Bank classrooms, supporting the work of the English department.
Pupils are also benefiting from a new state-of-the-art biology laboratory and a fully equipped music room.
Meanwhile, the maths department has been relocated to the main school building, where refreshed, modern classrooms provide an enhanced setting for learning.
Furthermore, the school's outdoor swimming pool has undergone a full refurbishment, including a new lining and improvements to the surrounding area.
