A mixed use address in Bollington is likely to revert back to a house, as the business that works in part of the home is to move across town.

BarTax Accountants WFC Ltd is set to leave 2 Rose Bank, to relocate just around the corner (0.1 miles away) to Adelphi Mill.

This is according to a Cheshire East Council planning application submitted by the business last week. And the business has been contacted for comment ahead of their big move.

Planning permission is sought for the change of use of No. 2 Rose Bank from a mixed use dwelling and office (C3/B1), back to dwelling only (C3).

The home became mixed use in October 2014, but now with hopes of office furniture being moved out, is set to return to residential only.

According to a planning document "The property is being prepared for sale, and the status of the property needs correcting for the new occupant.

"The site has a lawful use as a two-bedroom terraced house, within a residential area."
