A special opportunity to work on a pumpkin patch near Macclesfield has just been announced.

Libby's Patch, on Shellow Lane in Gawsworth, have invited the public in for family days out for the last two autumn's.

The job roles would be be for the pumpkin picking, and new for 2024, Libby's Field of Fears Scare Maze.

Farmer Daniel Thornicroft said: "Are you ready to be a part of the magic and mayhem this Halloween season?"

"We offer a thrilling and fun work environment, competitive pay and flexible shifts, and a chance to be part of a fun Halloween tradition."

The job opportunities are as follows:

• Pumpkin Picking Guides: Help visitors find their perfect pumpkin in our scenic patch
• Field of Fear Actors: Bring our haunted maze to life with your chilling performance
• Customer Service Superstars: Ensure every guest has a spooktacular experience

If you're energetic, love Halloween and excited to create memorable experiences this October, then this role may be for you.

Last week, they were named one of the Top Ten Pumpkin Patches in the country.
