The third retail unit on Charlotte Street has come on the property market in as many months.

Following Cohen's Chemist in September and Heritage Hair Salon in October, the commercial unit in-between these two businesses has also come on the rental market.

The premises of Feet @ Macclesfield is available to let.

Greenham Commercial say it will cost £220 per week, or £11,440 per annum, just a few pounds less than their neighbouring site is currently on for.

Ideal for an office or small business, the commercial premises includes a small kitchen and bathroom. (Image - Macclesfield Nub News)

The site of the chiropodist and podiatrist comprises 605 square feet.

As well as two other commercial units on the same street, some of the flats part of the same building as Feet @ Macclesfield are also partially on the property market, with a different estate agent.

So it looks like it is going to be lots of change for Charlotte Street in 2024.
