A Bollington business has been recognised as one of Britain's best cheese stores.

Since 2021, Mark Dent and Dagmara Sztompka have ran Knowles Green Creative Tasting.

From humble brie-ginnings, the independent deli has thrived on a personable service and high quality products.

And it is this attention to detail which has been recognised in a new national guide for the UK's ten most 'Inspirational Cheese Retailers for 2023'.

The guide, which can be read in full on this link, sees the Bollington business on page 30.

It commends the local firm's stock for their 'British range of classics and Continental essentials', as well as praising their knowledge and customer service.

As well as international cheeses, they also stock products from across the Macclesfield area.

The new accolade is not the only reason for the company to be celebrating, as they are hosting their second annual Wine Festival later this spring.
