A Bollington business is celebrating their second anniversary.

Caroline Terrington and her partner Chris Stretch are behind nutritional meal prep company myPREPpal.

In our busy lives, moving in-between the office, home, and everything in-between. Making meals can become, for some, a bit of an inconvenience.

It was this time two years ago, when we were all adapting to a post-COVID world, that the pair of chefs saw a gap in the market for their mighty meal prep business.

"It feels really great to reach this milestone," said Caroline.

"Thank you to everyone who has ordered from us, the support we have had by local people from Macclesfield, Bollington, Poynton, Prestbury, and Wilmslow has been incredible."

"Local businesses has been really supportive too," said Chris.

"Our meals can be dropped off and picked up from VT Personal Training [on Sunderland Street], AW Muscle and Fitness [in Bollington], and Supps Hub [on Charlotte Street]."

How it works is every week, customers fill in a Google Form with what meals they want made for them and their choices.

Chris and Caroline - who live in Bollington - will freshly prepare your preference from scratch an industrial kitchen in Bollington.

The experienced chefs will then deliver their meals within a ten mile radius of Bollington.

They can further cater for allergies and specific dietary requirements at request, and boast the best food hygiene rating possible.

"For our two year anniversary, we have some special offers that people will have to keep an eye out on our Instagram and Facebook for that," teased Chris.

"And we have some tote bags that all our customers will get if they order in the week of our second birthday, the menu will go live on May 21.

"We will have another very special offer that we think is great value for money coming soon as well.

When asked about the major benefits of a meal prep service, Caroline had this to say: "Convenience, time and knowing what you are eating."

"Everything that is in your dish it says what is on, the calories, macronutrients. You can heat it up in three minutes, and you have a healthy, nutritious meal," she answered.
