Macclesfield: New aesthetics business opens on Chestergate inside hair salon

A new beauty business has opened on Chestergate.
Skn Aesthetics, also known as Skn Cheshire has opened inside a Macclesfield hair salon.
The new venture is located inside Violet Salons, which opened in April this year.
Andrew Jackson is the man behind Skn.
Andrew has spent his whole working life dealing with faces and appearances. The majority of which he has spent in the dental industry for over 15 years.
"At the moment I'm concentrating on evening and weekend appointments to give clients flexibility," said Andrew.
"Because I have experience in both aesthetics clinics and aesthetics education this seemed like the logical next step to use the skills and knowledge that I have already.
"We learn all about anatomy, and facial structures in dental training. And this is another way for me to apply that knowledge.
"I already trained in dermaplaining, micro needling, and chemical peels. All of which I can offer here."
"And that enabled me to learn advanced anti-wrinkle injections and fillers.
"From tear trough and temple fillers, to chin and jaw fillers, I can offer all of them"
"I can also do filler reversal and fat dissolving injections in addition to platelet-rich plasma injections which is good for renewing the skin (vampire facials) and even hair loss.
"I want to help people feel like the best version of themselves, to give them that boost, to give them that confidence with a little tweak here and there."
"One client for example recently came in with a cleft chin, she hated the dimple.
"But with a bit of filler re-profiling it, she feels like a new person straight away.
"We have all got our own insecurities and things about our face and body we'd like to change a little bit"
"I can also do non-surgical rhinoplasty and will soon introduce vitamin injections as well."
Andrew offers a friendly and professional service. Which is affordable too. In part thanks, to their myriad of opening offers.
As well as a slew of special offers, they are also doing a charity drive for their maiden month in conjunction with Violet Salons.
"I am loving it so far", added Andrew.
"The feedback has been great as well which I am really thankful for.
"It is really nice to be working [in the same building] here with Liam [Fox] as well, especially as the businesses are our own and compliment each other.
"I love Macclesfield as it is all about supporting independent business.
"Everyone is so involved in the community, and we are glad to be a part of this.
"The people are absolutely lovely, including everyone who has come into the salon."
