A Macclesfield pub in a residential area has new management.
The Ivy Leaf, on Ivy Road, in Ivymeade has two new publicans.
Kyle Frost and Jack Bellis are the new people behind The Ivy Leaf.
Macclesfield Nub News met with the business partners to find out more.
"Due to the massive success of taking over The White Lion, Punch Pubs have given us our opportunity to run our second venue," said Kyle.
"So we are delighted to take over at The Ivy Leaf.
"We want to make this pub more of a community pub. I've lived on the Weston all of my life, I went to the [Ivymeade] Primary School across the road.
"It was the first pub I drank in. I helped the last publican open it up when he took it over.
"We want to collaborate with the whole estate.
" I've lived here all my life, and have known the past six landlords in the pub. We have a big vision to what it should be."
Trading as Dukes Hospitality Group, Kyle and Jack run five Macclesfield bars; No. 8 Dukes, Dukebox (which is currently undergoing expansion), The White Lion, Duchess, and now The Ivy Leaf.
Staff will be shared across sites.
"We want to get food back up and running at The Ivy Leaf," said Jack.
"We want to put the love back into the pub, we want a suggestion box for the locals.
"So for example, the locals can suggest what food they'd like on the menu.
"We want bouncy castles in the car park, to be more family-oriented, put big family events on the last day of term."
"This family fun fair can have local businesses in as well," added Kyle.
Live sports will be continued to be broadcast at both The Ivy Leaf and The White Lion, including the Manchester derby this weekend.
They will also carry on with pool tournaments and darts tournaments.
"We might share entertainment between the two pubs, for example if a singer does The White Lion, they will do here," added Jack.
"We share the same DJ at the moment. Karaoke will be big here too."
The pub has turned their bar blue for the charity Mentell.
"We want to support charity as well, work with local charities in the heart of the community like The Christie," explained Kyle.
"At The White Lion pub, we've supported Windyway and a new XL Bully paddock.
"We want this pub to have community at its heart."
They want to spruce up the function room as well, which is free to host.
