Macclesfield Ukrainian Aid Collection Point passes million-pound milestone

Macclesfield's first group to send support to Ukraine during the ongoing war has passed a major milestone.

Macclesfield Ukrainian Aid Collection Point has sent the equivalent of £1 million pounds worth of aid, having just passed this milestone.

The news comes as the volunteer-led operation have collected a Mayor's Civic Award for their services over the past year.

The group are making two big trips to the at-war Eastern European country in April, for which you can help fundraise for on this link.
