Macclesfield's leading boutique reformer Pilates studio is gearing up for a busy summer.

Sound baths, virtual classes and a huge party are just some of the things going on at Gravity Pilates over the next couple of months.

With many of us trying to get beach body ready, now really is the perfect time to give Pilates a go.

Instructor Lily Worrall said: "We have lots of exciting things coming up at Gravity Pilates including sound baths, virtual classes, the summer party and an incredible group of people becoming stronger and more confident with every class!

This week saw the relaunch of Gravity Pilates' virtual classes.

Monthly members can now enjoy extra reformer Pilates sessions every single day, with an on-screen instructor guiding you through a full workout with technique tips and exercise modifications.

Later this month, on July 20, the studio will host its first sound bath, which sold out in seconds!

Never fear if you missed out though, as they will be holding a second sound bath on August 17, with tickets set to go on sale on July 21.

This will give you a chance to switch off from the stresses of daily life, with the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls allowing your mind and body to relax and reset.

Also in August, on Friday 7, Gravity Pilates host a summer party for their members with awards, drinks, nibbles and the chance to socialise with other members outside of class.

On top of all this, Gravity Pilates are currently offering a summer package of 20 Reformer Pilates classes for just £199 - £50 off the regular price!
