1261 Festival
The 1261 Festival is back for its third year!
Organised by Macclesfield Town Council, it promises to be 'bigger and better' than ever before.
There will be plenty going on, including the 1261 Parade, workshops, gigs, exhibitions and more.

The Gap Year
The Gap Year's run at MADS Theatre comes to an end on Saturday.
Newly widowed Kate, childminder-in-chief Roisin and their best friend Oonagh decide to follow in their children's footsteps and take a gap year.

Rock around the Rock
Celebrate the summer solstice with a free music event in West Park.
Starting at 2pm, enjoy two hours of music including sets from Adventurous Ukuleles and Kukua.

Armed Forces Week
Armed Forces Week gets underway on Monday with a special flag-raising ceremony in Macclesfield.
The flag will be raised at 2pm in a visible show of support for the Armed Forces community, including currently serving personnel, veterans, reservists and their families.

MACC-POW!
Looking ahead to next week, MACC-POW! returns for its 11th year.
The festivities kick-off on Thursday with a packed programme of events bringing together local and international creators from the world of comic book art.
