Open Evening

Macclesfield College is hosting its first open event of the academic year.
Head over from 5.30pm to 7.30pm to tour the college's modern, industry standard, facilities and try out interactive subject activities while meeting tutors and current students.
Saturday (25/10)
Spooky Saturday

Macclesfield Town Council get the Halloween festivities started with Spooky Saturday.
Expect live entertainment, craft workshops and the return of the Pumpkin Trail.
To make getting into town easier, D&G Bus routes 10, 19 and 19a and High Peak routes 14 and 14a will all be free to ride.

Sunday (26/10)
SPOOKyTOONs!

The frightening fun continues on Sunday with a pair of Halloween cartoon art sessions at Room for Comics.
Hosted by cartoonist Marc Jackson and suitable for ages 6+, the sessions are open to all abilities and all materials are provided.
Of course, spooky dress is encouraged!

Treacle Market

Another Treacle Market has snuck up on us and this time, it's a Halloween special.
Take part in the Pumpkin Trail as you browse the 140+ stalls for spooky treats, including Dick Vincent's 'all-out Halloween stall' at the Butter Market.
Meanwhile, DJ Andy T will be providing the tunes with his Halloween Monster Mash!
The market runs from 10am to 3.30pm, with stalls located on Exchange Street, Mill Street, Castle Street, Market Place, St Michaels Churchyard, the Butter Market, Chestergate and Upper Market Place too.
