As online scams and digital threats continue to rise, Macclesfield College is taking proactive steps to help everyone stay safe online.
The Park Lane college has announced the launch of its new 'Don't Click the Trick' cyber security awareness campaign.
It is designed to educate and empower both the college community and the wider public.
As part of this initiative, they will be hosting a free 'Staying Safe Online" session on Tuesday, November 18, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
A spokesperson for Macclesfield College said: "This friendly, informative session is open to adults aged 19 and over and will explore how to spot scam attempts, recognise phishing emails and protect your personal information.
"Attendees can also enjoy complimentary tea and coffee while learning how to stay safe in today's digital world.
"Let's work together to keep our community cyber smart, Don't Click the Trick!"
Places are limited, so early booking is advised.
