Star-studded electronica band prepare for latest homecoming show
By Matthew Hancock-Bruce 6th May 2026
A star-studded band is coming back home to Macclesfield.
Sea Fever will take to the Cinemac stage once again later this month.
They are joined on the bill by the Dead Wells and DJ Tin Tin, known for his work with New Order.
Macclesfield's Phil Cunningham, guitarist for Sea Fever and New Order, said: "We are very excited to be back in Macc playing Cinemac.
"It means a lot to me as it's a hometown gig.
"It's going to be a great night!
"Dead Wells are opening up for us and our good friend DJ Tin Tin will be playing some tunes as well."

Sea Fever's lineup features many familiar faces.
Phil is joined by New Order bandmate Tom Chapman, himself a Macclesfield resident.
The band is fronted by Iwan Gronow, who many will know from his time with Haven and as the bassist for Johnny Marr.
Completing the line-up is Section 25's Beth Cassidy and drummer Elliot Barlow, formerly of Brix and The Extricated.
Tickets for their gig at Cinemac on Saturday, May 30, are priced at £14 and can be purchased online here.
