New Costa

9am on Sunday will see the new opening of a Macclesfield Costa Coffee.

The drive-thru store will open at the Barracks Mill Retail Park.

It has created 12 jobs.

Dog Santa's Grotto

Macclesfield dogs can meet Santa to raise money for local charities.

Your canine will get a gift, and you can also buy discounted pet products as during an early Black Friday sale.

The event will take place at Pet Food Supplies on Moss Lane. Just £7 to meet Santa Paws.

Eco Fundraiser

One project do community gardening and recycling projects from their site on Turnock Street and around town.

On Sunday at 4pm, a fundraising quiz will take place for them at the Button Warehouse. Teams welcome.

Concert

On Saturday November 19 there will be a tranquil concert on Market Place.

Talented local pianist Simon Conning will be performing a recital including pieces by Robert Schumann and Claude Debussy. Entry is free but donations to the East Cheshire Hospice and St.Michael's will be welcomed. The Angel At My Table café will be open for refreshments and hot meals.
