It is not too late to run for yourself or a charity. Teams welcome too. For tickets and further information please click HERE and here.

Local Talent

Macclesfield band Yopo will be performing at a Chestergate venue this weekend.

With a Lou Reed-sounding vocalist minus the substance-weathered vocals, Yopo are a lush sounding outfit drawing from hip-hop, jazz, progressive rock and modern metal.

They'll play the Swan with Two Necks this Friday, turn up from 8pm.

Euan Copeland (vocals, guitar) has said: "Our music has always come from the melting pot. I used to call it 'grunge-blues grooves' when we were an acoustic trio – and we still retain those influences to some extent – but we're way beyond just that now."

The band released a few minor Spotify hits before the pandemic, which you can listen to by clicking on the red link.
