B&M have spilled the details on the launch of its brand-new store and Garden Centre in Barracks Mill Retail Park, Macclesfield.

The launch of the new store will create 50 jobs for local people, supporting the local economy.

The hiring process began last month - and there are still positions available.

And there is not long to wait, as the brand-new build and is set to open its doors at 9am on Wednesday January 25.

The new B&M store will span 21,134 sqft. It is the fifth opening in the Barracks Mill Retail Park after Aldi, Costa, M&S and KFC. 

Customers can expect to find a wide variety of branded groceries for the best possible price including a range of food, drink, and pet food.

There will also be a fantastic selection of quality health and beauty products, homeware, electricals, DIY essentials, toys, games, gifts and plenty more to explore.

Macclesfield's second B&M store will also boast its own 6,878sqft garden centre, selling hundreds of plant varieties and gardening essentials. This expands on the stock range not currently available at the town centre Exchange Street store, which will be open alongside the new store.

A spokesperson from B&M said: "We're feeling extremely positive about the creation of more jobs for local people and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store." 

"We are all really excited to get the doors open and welcome our new customers through the door."
